The project aimed at improving the customer servicing in Justinas Marcinkevicius Prienai Public Library by encouraging the use of new modern innovative technologies and ensuring the dissemination of electronic services and accessibility for visitors of all age groups and needs. When implementing the project, the aim was to provide the residents of the district with as much information on open source information sources as possible. During classes, educational workshops and consultations members of the local community were introduced to electronic business services as well as public and administration services of state institutions; they also learned to use services provided by means of advanced IT (tablets), created innovation-based creative products, shared them with other members of the communities online and on the digital advertising stand.
Lithuanian Council for Culture funded the project and provided 3,000 EUR
