Implementation of the project together with partners – Prienai Ziburys gymnasium, Prienai Azuolas lower secondary school, Department of Education of the Administration of Prienai District Municipality, Centre of Education of Prienai District – enables organising competitions of schoolchildren’s works “Larks of the Prienai Region”, “Creating a Fairytale” (Lith. Kuriame pasaką), “A Language Where the Word Meets and Greets” (Lith. Tikrai yra kalba, kur žodis pasitinka ir palydi) (Justinas Marcinkevicius). The best works are included in the almanac for schoolchildren’s works “Larks of the Prienai Region” published by the library. Each year, the almanac used to be accompanied by a review by literary critics and writers with positive and formal advice. Poet Alma Karosaite discussed “Larks of the Prienai Region” in 2008. In 2009, it was discussed by critic of children’s literature, associate professor at Vilnius University and editor of journal “Rubinaitis” Kestutis Urba. Writer Gintare Adomaityte reviewed the book in 2010; literary critic Neringa Mikalauskiene – in 2011 and 2012. Prosaist Vytautas Bubnys gave his review in 2013, writer Aldona Ruseckaite – in 2015, and writer Renata Serelyte – in 2016.
